General

By purchasing our products, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

The buyer authorizes A1 simulation to communicate with him in order to agree on the details of the buyer's order; customization of the simulators, delivery date, etc.

Return/cancellation

Sales are final and no products can be refunded or exchanged.

Price

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

Delivery

*Shipping cost is included in the price and at this time we only offer shipping to Canada and the United States.

A1 simulation disclaims any liability for any breakage or damage that may occur during transport or when the buyer takes possession of the goods in store.

The buyer must be present at the time of delivery, a signature will be required to confirm receipt of the package.

Warranty

Our products come with a lifetime warranty for all chassis parts under normal use and proper assembly.

Our assembly and installation services are covered by a 2-year warranty.

For other components, such as direct drives, pedals, steering wheel, motion systems (DBOX, SIGMA, PROSIMU), and seat, the warranty period depends on the manufacturer and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The warranty does not apply to:

• Any damage resulting from excessive or incorrect use of the product will not be covered by the warranty.
• Damage or malfunctions caused by modifications made by the buyer.
• Damage, including scratches, occurred during product assembly.
• Damage occurring during transport or handling of the product by the customer.
